Leading Boards is an innovating company who developed a meeting management solution on iPad, Android and Surface Pro, dedicated to improve efficiency of board meetings and teams.

Leading Boards is currently looking for a Client Relations Coordinators to join its client relations' department in Paris. Under the supervision of the Client Relations Manager, the imcubent will take on the after-sale process including general support and trainings. You will work with Boards of directors, CEOs and administrative staff from private and public organizations. You will also work in sync with the sales, marketing and development departments to make sure that clients’ expectations are met and well communicated.


  • Advise and support clients with their daily tasks on the platform
  • Develop clients’ accounts and create plus value
  • Manage client support requests (phone, chat and emails)
  • Redact documentation
  • Reinforce the Sales team with your knowledge of the product
  • Train clients and make sure the transition towards our product is well implemented
  • Test new functionalities


  • Passionate about providing great service and plus value to clients
  • Ability to create personal and professional relationships
  • Ability to listen and take time to understand and identify our clients’ needs
  • Interest for new technologies
  • Eager to learn and likes to improve processes in place

Additional assets:

  • Bachelors or Masters in Business, Communications or Engineering
  • 2 years of experience in a Customer Service / Client Relations role
  • Experience with “SaaS”
